Orders & Accounts

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders and save details for next time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or update details, please contact us immediately at info@gadgetora.co.uk. If the order has already shipped, you can request a return following our Return Policy.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your promo code at checkout. Only one code can be used per order, and it doesn’t apply to already discounted items or gift cards.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship worldwide. Standard delivery is a flat £9.99. Orders over £50 ship free. Express options may be available at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days.
Please note that carrier delays, customs, and holidays can affect timings.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel ships. You can also check it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Will I pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to import taxes or fees charged by your country’s customs office. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return products within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return postage. If we sent a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover reasonable return costs — contact us first for a label.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds are returned to your original payment method (bank processing times may vary).

Warranty & Faults

How long is your warranty?

Most electronic items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What should I do if my item is damaged or faulty?

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, notify the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. For items that don’t work on first use, email us within 7 days for immediate help.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email info@gadgetora.co.uk with the subject “Warranty Claim”. Include your order number, product name/SKU, a short description, and photos or videos. We’ll reply with an RMA and next steps.

Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit). Other payment methods aren’t supported yet.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers using TLS encryption. We never store your card details, and your bank may require 3-D Secure verification.

Products & Compatibility

Are your products new or refurbished?

All items are new unless clearly marked as refurbished or graded on the product page.

Will the product work in my country?

Product listings specify plug type and voltage. UK standards apply by default — for other regions, you might need an adapter. Contact us before purchasing if you’re unsure.
