1. Delivery Coverage

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Delivery is available to the vast majority of countries. If your delivery destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@gadgetora.co.uk before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain regions or countries at our discretion, including where we are unable to guarantee reliable delivery or where local import restrictions apply.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They represent typical transit times under normal conditions and do not include weekends or public holidays. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, carrier availability and customs processing.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). The typical processing timeline is as follows:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day or the following business day;
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next available business day;
  • During peak periods (e.g. promotions, sales events), processing may take up to 2 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking information (where available) once your order has been collected by the carrier.

4. Carriers & Tracking

We work with reputable UK and international carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and other tracked services. The carrier used for your order will depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Where tracking is available, your dispatch email will include a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system.

Not all international destinations support end-to-end tracking. Where full tracking is unavailable, we will provide whatever reference information the carrier supplies.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the prices displayed on our Website or at checkout unless explicitly stated.

You, as the recipient, are responsible for:

  • Paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery;
  • Complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country;
  • Ensuring the products you are ordering are permitted for import into your country.

We are unable to predict or advise on the exact charges that may apply, as these vary by country and product type. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to collect, any associated return costs will be deducted from your refund.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address at the time of ordering. Please double-check your address details before confirming your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you:

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery;
  • A redelivery fee may apply to cover additional postage costs;
  • If you do not wish to proceed with redelivery, we will refund the cost of the goods minus the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card or send an email/SMS advising of the next steps. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to:

  • Arrange a redelivery for a more convenient time;
  • Collect the parcel from a local depot or collection point;
  • Redirect the parcel to an alternative address (subject to carrier policy).

Uncollected parcels will typically be held for 5–15 business days before being returned to us. If a parcel is returned, we will contact you and may charge a redelivery fee.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from the date of dispatch, please contact us:

  • UK orders: not arrived within 7 business days;
  • EU orders: not arrived within 20 business days;
  • Rest of World orders: not arrived within 30 business days.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item before opening fully;
  • Contact us at info@gadgetora.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will investigate with the carrier and, where a claim is upheld, arrange a replacement or full refund. Claims submitted outside the timeframes above may not be eligible for compensation.

9. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

Each order can only be delivered to a single address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, industrial action, carrier disruptions, customs delays or global events affecting logistics networks. In such cases, we will endeavour to keep you informed and fulfil your order as soon as reasonably possible.
