Warranty Policy
1) What’s covered
- Defects in materials/workmanship under normal consumer use.
- Hardware failures not caused by external damage or unauthorised modification.
2) What’s not covered
- Misuse, drops, liquid ingress, improper installation, incompatible voltage/plugs.
- Normal wear, cosmetic issues, consumables unless faulty on arrival.
- Software/data issues, malware, third-party app incompatibilities.
- Rooting/jailbreaking/custom firmware; unauthorised repairs.
- Battery capacity reduction over time; pixel behaviours within tolerance.
3) DOA & transit damage
If the parcel arrives damaged, note with courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Dead-on-arrival within 7 days qualifies for priority replacement/refund (subject to inspection).
4) How to claim
- Email info@gadgetora.co.uk with subject “Warranty Claim”.
- Include order number, product/SKU, fault description, photos/videos, serial number if available.
- We’ll provide RMA and return instructions or direct you to an authorised service centre.
5) Costs & returns
If the fault is confirmed under warranty, reasonable return costs are covered (prepaid label or reimbursement if agreed). If no fault is found or excluded, return shipping may be your responsibility. For international returns, mark as “Warranty return”.
6) Remedies & period
Repair with new/equivalent parts; replacement with same or equal/better model; or refund if repair/replacement is not appropriate. Repaired/replacement items continue the remaining warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
